We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after you received your item to request a return.
In order for us to process a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt with proof purchase.
To start a return you will need to contact us at amarisluxecandleco@outlook.com Once your return is approved we will contact with instruction on how to send the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be acceptable.
Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, food, or plants), Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Please remember it can take 7 to 14 days for the bank/credit card to process and post the refund.
